I have been in Real Estate Lending since 2003 and closed over 2800 loans. I also invest in Fix and Flips and Long Term Rentals and have 10 properties in my portfolio to date. I think it helps me to better understand my clients and what they go through when rehabbing houses as I can relate from both sides of the transaction. I look forward to working with first time clients as well as experienced investors.
